Slowly cooked succulent female locally sourced pork shoulder.
\nRubbed with Scoffed’s Mesquite rub and left over night, this shoulder is smoked slowly until the meat falls off the bone. Part way through the smoke we brush it with honey and butter, and then finish it off with homemade BBQ sauce.
\nPerfect for tacos, pulled pork sliders, and of course with our smokey baked beans for breakfast!
