Slowly cooked succulent Australian lamb shoulder.
\nRubbed with a unique blend of Middle eastern spices and left over night, this shoulder is smoked slowly until the meat falls off the bone. Part way through the smoke we brush it with our homemade pomegranate glaze, which is then added add the end just to finish it off.
\nIdeal with our smokey babaganoush, or a simple cucumber and tomato salad and some flatbread.
